Passport Funding

IIE AMERICAN PASSPORT PROJECT

The Institute of International Education has chosen Polk State College to receive a grant to be a participant in the IIE American Passport Project.  Polk State will nominate (25) students to receive funding to cover their U.S. passport application fee.

The grant is intended to promote access and equity in Study Abroad and support IIE Network members in their efforts to encourage students to go abroad who would otherwise not participate in an international experience as part of their college education by reducing a cost barrier to obtaining a U.S. passport.
